This coming Sunday, July 19th, marks the beginng of Boulder Aikikai 's 29th annual "Aikido Summer Camp in the Rockies". In my anticipation of this year's 'Camp', I have created a gallery of photos that I took in 2007. These pics were posted in our old gallery. However, the slide show that our new gallery interface offers provides a more enjoyable viewing experience. Check it out!

A have set my sights on staying current with all our events. I had to hustle to get this gallery up before we host our next Test Event on this coming Tuesday, 7/14. All of our Test Events are open to the public_ feel free to stop by and check out our students in action. Our children will be testing and training from 5 - 6:30 pm. Our adults and teens will meet from 7 - 8:30 pm.

A week had passed since I posted my first review on this seminar. Many of the details of the weekend are fading a bit, yet many wonderful memories drift through every now and again. I believe that the ‘harmony’ of the stunningly beautiful natural setting called us to embrace a more expansive sense of self which facilitated putting aside our stylistic differences and entering the realm of creative communal exploration. |
